The best offense if good defense

Your neighborhood is about to receive multiple residents. Unfortunately, many of those residents are worried due to the influx of crime in the city. To keep new residents in the neighborhood, your community develops a neighborhood watch. You’ve been elected leader. Therefore, you are responsible for how the budget gets spent, communications between residents and authorities, and deterring crime. Failure to do any of these things will result in people becoming less confident in your abilities. If people lose their faith in you, you will have to step down from your position.
